This notice explains how Reservai uses the details you send through the forms on this website.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone (optional), your hotel's name, city, number of rooms, CNPJ and your message, plus the date you accepted this notice.

Why

Only to answer your request: reply to your message, send a proposal or set up your hotel's account. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.

How long

Requests that do not become a client are deleted after 12 months. If your hotel becomes a client, the contract and its own privacy terms apply.

Your rights (LGPD)

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
